Introductory requests

When you submit the contact form, the site sends your name, email, optional phone and property area, mortgage goal, timeline and contact preference to Ashley at ajones@fsbfinancial.com through Resend, our email delivery service. The request is not sent to a real estate CRM or a marketing list. Replies go to the email address you provided.

The site uses temporary browser-tab session storage to remember the first page visited and, when available, a broad search-referral category such as Google or Bing. These two fields accompany an inquiry; they contain no contact details or unique visitor identifier. Closing the tab clears this session storage. It does not capture search terms or place borrower information into analytics URLs. This limited information does not establish the original source of every inquiry.

Delivery and abuse prevention

The hosting platform processes technical request information. To limit duplicate requests and abuse, the site keeps a request identifier, a keyed hash of the request and network address, timestamps and delivery-provider reference in a restricted database. It does not store the submitted contact fields there. Older protection records are purged during subsequent successful submissions after two days. The email service and the bank retain the email under their own policies. See Resend’s privacy policy.

Mortgage applications and documents

The application link opens First State Bank’s separate application site with Ashley’s bank email in the referral parameter. Use that secure process for sensitive information. Review First State Bank’s privacy statement and the notices provided in its application process.

Calculator inputs

The payment and break-even calculations run in your browser. The site does not transmit those inputs to Ashley or store them in browser storage. A calculator result is an illustration, not a loan offer or application.

Site services

This version does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics. The hosting service may process technical request information to operate and secure the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information associated with that request.
